3. This voucher is not refundable and cannot be replaced if lost, damaged or expired.
4. This voucher is not refundable or exchangeable for cash and any unused balance will not be refunded.
5. This voucher is not legal tender and cannot be deposited into any bank account.
6. Aquaminder reserves the right to vary/amend the privileges or terms & conditions without prior notice.
7. This voucher is not applicable for Aquaminder offline purchases or purchases on other websites or marketplaces.
8. A standard warranty applies for any purchases made using this voucher.
9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction: These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. You & Aquaminder each agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai. You agree to indemnify Aquaminder for all claims brought by a third party against it or its affiliates arising out of or in connection with a breach of any of these terms and conditions.
