RETURN & REFUND POLICY

  • All sales are final
  • Refunds and exchanges are not permitted
  • We are not responsible for returning shipping costs

Aquaminder will provide a refund or replacement only if one is requested within 72  hours of the receipt of your order and only under the conditions listed below. The banking partners charge us a payment gateway fees for every transaction. This nominal fee will be deducted while processing the refund.


  1. Refund will also be given under circumstances where there is a delay in delivery of the product. In case the product is not received, you are eligible to cancel the order and the full amount will be refunded back to you within 5- 7 working days. (Aquaminder will not be responsible for delays in refund processing because of delays caused by banks, calamities, or national holidays).
  2. If a wrong product is received by the customer, a Replacement/Refund will be processed after customer consent.
  3. Damaged product received.  Any physical damage must be notified to us within 24 hours of receiving the product. You can reach out to our customer support team by writing to hello@aquaminder.in

Under all the above conditions, we will arrange for a reverse pickup. The refund or replacement will only be processed upon receipt & verification of the complete product with packaging & accessories. The cost of any missing or damaged items (including the box) apart from those notified by you, will be debited from the advance payment done & the remaining payment will be refunded. If a replacement is demanded, the cost of any missing items must be paid in advance, prior to the shipment of the replacement product.

RETURNS

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products that appear on www.Aquaminder.com. However, as computer monitors vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any colour will be completely accurate. 

We do not accept returns, unless the product was received in a damaged condition. We check every product before shipping and have custom packaging to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition. However, if upon receipt of your order, you find the product damaged, please write to us in less than 24 hours of receipt. And we will provide a replacement for the same.

All products should be returned with the tags intact and in their original packaging, Once our team has checked the product, you will receive an email confirming that your return has been accepted. The cost of the return will be borne by the customer.


All the items should be returned new and unused as Aquaminder holds the right to not accept returns in case the product is used or damaged by the customer.

Under no condition will a refund or replacement be provided under the below circumstances:

  • The customer is not happy with the looks/sound of a defect-free product.
  • Any electrical surge that caused damage by the customer
  • Any physical damage that is not notified to us within 24 hours of receiving the product.
  • Any occurrence due to wear and tear arising out of using the product

CANCELLATION

We strive to help our customers as much as possible and therefore have a liberal cancellation policy. However, under this policy:

  • Cancellations requests will not be entertained if the customer contacts us after 24 hours of placing the order, he needs to contact us within 24 hours of placing the delivery.
  • If the item is yet to be delivered and the product has been dispatched already within 24 hours, you may cancel the order by refusing delivery.
  • Your refund process will be initiated after we receive the original product from the courier.
  • There will be a marginal deduction of Bank charge when we refund the amount.
