Shipping policy
Orders can be shipped only to a single address mentioned at the time of payment for that order. If you wish to ship products to different addresses, you will need to place multiple orders.
Aquaminder will free-ship each order within 5-7 business days within India only for all prepaid orders.
However, in some cases, it may take more days during festivals, sales, or when there are other mitigating circumstances.
Orders are processed from Monday to Saturday. Orders placed on Sundays or Public holidays will be processed the next day.
If an order is not serviceable by our delivery partners or the area is not covered, we would request you provide us with an alternate shipping address which we expect to have on our partner/merchant's delivery list. In case there is any dispute regarding the shipment of the product or services for the area not covered by Aquaminder.in, in such cases, Aquaminder.in will not be responsible for the non-delivery of the product.
Aquaminder attempts to ship all items in a single order together, however, this may not always be possible due to product characteristics or availability.
All orders are shipped with an invoice from Aquaminder.in. In case you don't receive an invoice, you may contact customer support at hello@Aquaminder.in
A shipping confirmation with your tracking ID will be sent after the product has been dispatched. This will tell you the approximate delivery time of your order and the current shipping status.
If you believe that the packaging of your order has been tampered with or damaged before delivery, please refuse to take delivery of the package and contact our Customer support at hello@aquaminder.in, alternatively, the customer can also call on +91-9892004145 mentioning your order ID. Aquaminder will dispatch a replacement or initiate a refund immediately.
